About Founder
Karen Park is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with First Division and Second Honors from the University of Derby. Additionally, she holds a Master's Degree in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California (USC), where she was awarded the prestigious Hemphill / Redmond Tax Fellowship for her outstanding academic performance during her graduate tax program.
With extensive experience serving clients with highly bespoke financial and advisory needs, Karen has supported the family office of the founder of a financial firm managing over $55 billion in assets and continues to advise founders of businesses valued between $30–50 billion. Prior to establishing Park Advisory, her career included roles with the family office of the late founder of Neutrogena and at KPMG.
Recognized for her entrepreneurial impact, she was featured in LA Weekly as one of the Top 10 Trailblazing Entrepreneurs Who Are Redefining Success in 2023.
Beyond her U.S. focus, Karen maintains an active network of clients across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, and Malaysia. She is also proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese, alongside English.

Finance Chair of the Southern California Chapter of ACE NextGen, a nonprofit dedicated to paving the way for future generations of AAPI entrepreneurs.
Board Member of the Deans’ Alumni Council of USC’s Marshall School of Business and Leventhal School of Accounting, working to strengthen connections across 100,000+ alumni.
Founding Member of The Authentic Asian, an organization that empowers Asian American female leaders through a dedicated AAPI women’s leadership community.
Outside of her professional and community commitments, Karen is a two-time age-group bronze medalist in triathlon, a pursuit that reflects the same discipline, endurance, and commitment she brings to her work with clients.
